How Do You Manage Vendor Coordination for a Fully Themed Event?

Amy Knight, K2’s AV Producer, leads the CAHEC annual dinner production and has worked closely with CAHEC’s team on every event. She starts months out — understanding the theme, coordinating vendors, managing rentals, and building the production plan that makes a fully immersive dinner possible on the night. This is one of Amy’s favorite productions of the year, and that enthusiasm shows in the work.

By the time the event arrives, every vendor is confirmed, every element is sourced, and the CAHEC team has a producer beside them who already knows exactly how the evening is supposed to feel.
