K2 provides AV production for product launches, galas, award ceremonies, brand activations, and other one-time corporate events. Sound, lighting, projection, and staging are built around the specific format and venue for each event, not assembled from a standard package meant to fit any room.

Both. K2 takes on single special events as readily as ongoing conference and AV partnerships — a product launch or gala gets the same pre-production planning and senior producer oversight as a client’s 20th annual conference. Long-term relationships tend to follow, but they’re never required.

Pre-production for a special event includes a site walk-through, sound system and lighting design, stage and room layout, and a full run of show — all completed before the event date. That planning is why the event runs the way it should once the doors open.

Yes. K2’s senior AV producer conducts a full site or virtual walk-through at any venue before production begins — assessing power, rigging points, acoustics, and room layout regardless of whether K2 has worked there before. That assessment shapes the technical plan for the event.
